Information we collect
When you use our forms or buy a plan, we may collect your name, email address, travel dates, accommodation area, preferred mood, pace, budget and travel priorities. You may also choose to share dietary, accessibility or celebration notes. Stripe provides us with payment-confirmation information; we do not receive or store your full card details.
Please do not send medical or other highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for a request you want us to consider.
How we use your information
- To send your free Athens Mood Match.
- To create and deliver your paid Athens plan.
- To answer questions and provide essential service updates.
- To keep order records and improve the service.
- To send future marketing only where we have a suitable legal basis, including consent where required.
Services we use
We use Tally for forms, Stripe for payment processing, our email provider for service emails, and our website-hosting provider to run this website. If we introduce analytics, we will update this policy before using them.
International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we will rely on the safeguards made available by the provider and required by applicable law.
Retention
We keep trip-planning information for up to 24 months after our last interaction with you, unless a longer period is needed for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal reasons. We keep payment-related records for the period required by applicable law.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to access, correct, erase or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. You may opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.
Email hello@greececonsidered.com with the subject line “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We aim to respond without undue delay and, where applicable, within one month. You may also contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or your local data-protection authority.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures designed to protect the information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy when our service, providers or legal obligations change; the current version will always appear on this page.
