About Greece, Considered
Greece, Considered provides personalised travel-planning recommendations for couples visiting Athens. Our current product, Athens, Considered, is a personalised 2–3 day Athens itinerary priced at €89 per couple.
What your plan includes
Your plan is built around the details you provide in the paid intake form. It may include a suggested 2–3 day rhythm, recommendations for food, drink, neighbourhoods and experiences, direct booking and Google Maps links, practical timing notes, and a weather or low-energy alternative.
We aim to deliver your plan within 48 hours after both payment and a completed paid intake form have been received. If essential information is missing, the delivery time starts once we have what we need to begin.
What we do not provide
Greece, Considered is not a travel agency, tour operator, accommodation provider, transport provider or ticket seller. We do not make bookings or reservations on your behalf, sell third-party travel products, or act as your agent. You make all reservations, purchases and travel decisions directly with the relevant provider.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for your plan.
- Check current opening hours, availability, prices, accessibility, booking terms and cancellation rules directly with each provider before booking.
- Make your own bookings and keep records of them.
- Arrange suitable travel insurance and meet your passport, visa, health, transport and other travel requirements.
- Use your own judgement when deciding whether an activity, route, venue or provider is suitable for you.
Recommendations and third-party services
Our recommendations are editorial suggestions based on the information available to us and the preferences you provide. Third-party venues, services, schedules, prices, conditions, quality, weather and availability can change without notice.
Links are provided for convenience only. We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, bookings, acts or omissions. A recommendation is not a guarantee that an experience will be available, suitable or unchanged on your travel dates.
Personal use and intellectual property
Your plan is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, commercially reproduce, publish, redistribute or represent it as your own work without our written permission. The Greece, Considered name, brand elements, website copy, plan format and original materials remain the property of Greece Considered or its licensors.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Greece, Considered is not liable for losses arising from third-party bookings or services, travel disruption, injury, illness, weather, venue changes, missed reservations, or decisions you make using a recommendation.
Where we fail to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, our responsibility will be determined under applicable law.
