Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our approach

Athens, Considered is a personalised digital travel-planning service. We aim to be fair, clear and practical if your circumstances change. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.

Before personalised work begins

You may request cancellation by emailing hello@greececonsidered.com with your order details before we have begun personalised research or delivery work. Where no personalised work has begun, we will provide a full refund of €89.

After personalised work begins

Personalised work begins after we have received payment and a completed intake form, and start researching or preparing your plan around your details. Because the service is tailored to your trip, refund rights after work begins depend on the circumstances and applicable law. We will always consider genuine service issues fairly.

If you have not completed the intake form

The 48-hour delivery period begins only when we have received both payment and a completed paid intake form. If we have not received a completed intake form within 90 days of payment, we may contact you to reconfirm your trip details before beginning work.

After delivery

Once a personalised plan has been delivered, we do not ordinarily provide a refund for a change of mind, subject to applicable law.

One small adjustment is included if requested within 72 hours of delivery and a recommended place is unavailable, a timing or route is impractical, or the plan materially fails to reflect the brief you submitted.

A full rebuild or a request involving new travel dates, extra destinations, group travel, additional travellers or a materially changed brief is outside the €89 plan and may require a new purchase or separately agreed service.

If we cannot deliver on time

If we cannot deliver within 48 hours for reasons within our control, we will contact you promptly. We will offer a revised delivery time or, where we cannot provide the service within a reasonable additional period, an appropriate remedy in line with applicable law.
